Returns and Cancellation
Order issues
- Please inspect your order as soon as you received it and contact us immediately if you have any concerns with your order or if you received the wrong flavours or quantities, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the adjustments from our end.
Non-returnable product
- Our products cannot be returned as they are perishable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.
Cancellation
- We understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur, and we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel your order. Please note that every order placed on our website incurs a Credit Card processing fee of 3.2%. In the event of a cancellation, this fee is not refunded to us, and we pass this charge along to you unless the cancellation is due to an issue on our end.
